DATA RECIPIENT:

DATA RETENTION PERIOD:
Your personal data, depending on the purpose, will be processed for the following period:

  1. for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment procedure within the scope of data specified in Art. 221 §1 and §2 of the Labour Code – 3 months after the completion of the recruitment;
  2. for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment procedure within the scope of additional data processed on the basis of consent – until the withdrawal of the given consent, however, no longer than 3 months after the completion of the recruitment even if the consent is not withdrawn;

  • the right to object to the processing of your personal data – in the case of data processed for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the controller, i.e. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR*,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA:
The provision of personal data is voluntary, however necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract of mandate. If personal data are not provided, it will not be possible to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes, i.e. signing and performing the contract of mandate.
